Illustrator Progress Report

So far I have taken several pictures of french fries and matches. I wanted to get the french fry to look as yellow as possible, so I tried to take the picture in as much light as I could get. I put it under a lamp and I also took a photo outside using natural lighting, just to see what it looked like. I preferred the artificial lighting.

I am not necessarily trying to completely duplicate the Burger King ad, instead I am trying to improve it. I want to start with as high quality images as I can get, so once I get them in illustrator/photoshop it will be as high quality as possible.

Here is the ad I am duplicating...

Web 2.0 Wikipedia Assignment

I went on wikipedia and I added my dog to the notable residents of my home town. All I did was click on edit, and it let me change it. At first I wanted to change the date of when the constitution was signed. But, the page was locked. Evidently, important historical dates are unchangeable. I did not, however, create an entire page for my dog, because it would not let me create an entire joke page. I guess wikipedia has a limit to how much you can mock it. I'm not sure why when I added my dog's name to the end of the notable residents list, why it did not add a bullet point.

After a day, my dog's name was removed. I tried reposting it, and this time i figured out how to make it bulleted. Every section on my hometown's page was editable. I guess wikipedia doesn't know much about Keene, NH and keeps the page open for suggestions. However, once I readded my beagle they were more prompt about editing it. Instead of lasting a day it only lasted a few minutes.
